Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to WoundVision, LLC for four leased WoundScout imaging devices, subscription services, and support. The systems are intended for the Skin and Wound Department's pressure-injury prevention program and provide planimetric wound measurement, wound-size tracking, and storage of wound photographs in patients' charts through an application usable on computers, tablets, or smartphones. The notice states that WoundScout is proprietary and may only be provided and serviced by WoundVision, LLC. Interested parties may submit a capabilities statement demonstrating clear and unambiguous capability to provide the required products and services; this is a special notice and not a request for competitive quotations.
