Description
Lincoln County is soliciting sealed bids for material transfer and related construction work associated with its ARP staging yards. The scope includes hauling common fill, topsoil, 1 1/2-inch crushed material, and 3/4-inch crushed material from the existing staging yard at 60 Port Boulevard to the new staging yard at 42 Fish Pond Road; constructing stockpiles at the new location to match their existing configuration; building ecology block storage bins; constructing ecology block borders around soil piles; and completing other line items identified in the scope of work. The contractor must have the labor and equipment immediately available to begin work at the Board of Commissioners' direction. Work must be completed by December 31, 2026. The county may evaluate demonstrated responsibility, relevant experience, ability to perform, compliance with solicitation requirements, and other legally permitted procurement factors.
