Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to proof, conventionally offset-print, and saddle-stitch approximately 1,260,648 self-cover pamphlets, plus 200 blue-label copies and 10 samples. The estimated product is 132 pages, printed in black ink, with specified trim, paper, quality, proofing, and binding requirements. The contractor must perform prepress checks and adjustments, provide a press-quality PDF proof, and obtain electronic approval before printing. The scope also includes packaging, carton labeling, palletizing, mailing and shipping, creation of carrier labels, preparation of shipping documentation, and distribution to numerous destinations on specified January 2027 dates. The contractor must be an approved USPS Full Service Intelligent Mail Package Barcode provider, perform the predominant printing and distribution functions, and use the required IRS and carrier labeling and reporting procedures. Bids must include the base quantity price, additional-copy and page-change rates, and completed and signed solicitation pages.
