The U.S. Navy is soliciting repair and overhaul services for the NRP module, acoustic, and other replacement parts. The requirement includes teardown and evaluation of received carcasses, complete repair, inspection and testing, packaging, marking, and final government inspection and acceptance. The solicitation requests a firm-fixed-price repair quote, including the cost of new material for evaluation, teardown and evaluation rates, proposed repair turnaround time, throughput constraints, and induction expiration dates. The requested repair turnaround time is 467 days, and vendors must identify any exceptions to the solicitation requirements and any capacity constraints. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item may be considered. Non-OEM offerors must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE code and provide a signed authorization letter on the OEM's letterhead. The acoustic module reference is CAGE 52088, part number 77C961405G3; the solicitation also identifies a power supply reference under CAGE 04JN4. Repaired material must comply with applicable military packaging, marking, electrostatic-discharge, inspection, testing, mercury-free, and quality-assurance requirements.
