Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a vendor to provide hands-on cross-connection control training for tribal utility and IHS staff. The requirement includes at least two existing multi-day courses available off the shelf or with minimal modification: Cross Connection Specialist Certification and Backflow Assembly Tester Certification. Training may be delivered in person or through instructor-led live virtual sessions, and may include certification exams and application facilitation. The vendor must provide qualified instructors, interactive training with hands-on exercises, course materials, agendas, assessments, manuals, equipment, and related logistics. The contract anticipates a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and will support future BPA calls for individual training needs, including new course development. Quotes must include technical qualifications, up to two or more recent and relevant past-performance examples, pricing, sample course materials, course catalogs or training details from the last five years, draft agendas, course descriptions, and assessment methods.
