Description
The Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County is soliciting sealed bids from a general contractor for the 2026 renovations at American Village Nursing Home. The unified project includes interior renovations and exterior painting, as detailed in the bidding documents, agreement, general conditions, specifications, and drawings. Bids must be submitted on the forms included in the bid package and must identify all interested persons or companies. Each bid must include Revised Form No. 96, including a financial statement, experience statement, proposed work plan, and available equipment.
