Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking three laboratory spatulas, NSN 6640-00-439-7367, under purchase request 7018409168. The bidder must identify the company and part number being supplied. The solicitation identifies Labsource, Inc. part number 14355A and Utech Products Inc. part number 1061757 as referenced products. The items must be commercially packaged, protected against damage or breakage, and marked in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
