Description
The University of North Dakota seeks a qualified vendor to furnish and deliver replacement commercial washers and dryers for campus housing facilities. The solicitation covers specified Speed Queen or equivalent equipment, including front- and rear-control washers, dryers, a stacked dryer, and keyed-alike coin boxes. Equipment must be new, meet the stated electrical and configuration requirements, and be NRTL listed or certified and labeled where required. The scope is limited to furnishing and delivery; installation, setup, and removal of existing equipment are not required. The contract has a 12-month initial term with up to nine additional 12-month renewal options. Delivery of the initial equipment is required by November 9, 2026.
