Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Kern is seeking a quote for five customized Dell PowerEdge R7725 Smart Selection servers. The required configuration includes specified processors, memory, storage, RAID and network components, redundant power supplies, rails, security features, and related accessories. The solicitation states that no other manufacturer is acceptable and requires the bidder to confirm compliance with all specifications in Exhibit A. The quote must include unit and extended pricing, shipping or freight costs, applicable California taxes, payment terms, and delivery days. The purchase includes Dell limited warranty service, ProSupport next-business-day onsite service for five years, and 24/7 technical support for five years. The servers must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of the purchase order. Vendors must submit the completed bid packet, California seller’s permit, Payee Data Record, Appendix A Generative AI Contract Provisions, and returned Exhibit A.
