Description
The US Educational Technology Purchasing Alliance (USETPA) is soliciting proposals for a master convenience contract covering HPE-Aruba or equivalent information technology products and services. The scope includes wired and wireless LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure; switches, routers, wireless access points and controllers; firewalls and network security; servers, storage, cloud and disaster-recovery services; cabling; managed and support services; professional evaluation, design, installation and configuration; training; analytics; UPS equipment; software; maintenance; and financial or leasing services. Vendors may respond to all or selected product and service categories, and multiple vendors may be awarded contracts. The resulting contract is intended to be an indefinite-quantity vehicle with a five-year initial term and renewal provisions. Responders must provide applicable pricing discounts, product and service descriptions, manufacturer price information, warranties, authorization documentation where applicable, financial-stability evidence, support and maintenance plans, references, and required appendices. The solicitation requires both a sealed, original blue-ink-signed paper proposal and an electronic copy. E-Rate participation is optional, but vendors seeking E-Rate business must provide the applicable program information and eligibility details.
