Description
UT-Battelle, LLC, which operates Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the Department of Energy, is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for a ControlLogix 5MB controller, a two-port ControlLogix high-capacity Ethernet/IP module, and an Allen-Bradley FLEX Ethernet/IP adapter, or domestic equivalents. The procurement is subject to FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal, and award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. The response must include a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and an Exceptions/Non-Compliance section or an explicit statement that no exceptions are taken. The solicitation identifies the anticipated subcontract period of performance as to be determined and does not state a total budget or award amount.
