McLaughlin Construction Corp., doing business as Edbauer Construction, is the low bidder on New York State Thruway Authority project TAB 25-15 D215036 for safety improvements. They are seeking additional WBE (Women-Owned Business Enterprise) and SDVOB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business) participation.
