The Nashoba Regional School District is requesting proposals for the relocation and installation of two connected modular classroom units at Nashoba Regional High School in Bolton, Massachusetts. The units, currently located at the closed Pompositticut Elementary School in Stow, are being donated by the Town of Stow. Each unit is a 900 square foot classroom, totaling 1,800 square feet. The contractor will be responsible for moving the units, setting them on cement pilings, and completing all necessary connections including fire alarm, intercom, and phone systems. Additionally, the contractor must install skirting and a canopy to protect the walkway between the units and the main building. The estimated cost for this work is $85,000, with a contingency of $100,000. The project is expected to be completed over the summer, with the units positioned between the 1962 and 1974 wings of the school.
