Description
Harford County is issuing a Request for Information to obtain information and statements from firms, organizations, development teams, sports facility operators, investors, and other entities interested in a potential long-term public-private partnership involving Cedar Lane Regional Park. The County is seeking information about potential approaches to operating, maintaining, improving, programming, marketing, and developing the public sports and recreation facility. Responses should address the respondent's relevant experience, operational and management approach, maintenance and asset preservation, capital improvement and investment capacity, tournament, marketing, and tourism development, public and economic benefits, and preferred financial and partnership structure. This is market research and does not directly result in a contract award.
