Description
Brevard County's Housing and Human Services Department is accepting applications from eligible developer organizations for its Local Government Contribution program. This program aims to support affordable housing developments through Florida Housing Finance Corporation tax credits, State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) funds, and/or revenue bonds. Projects must serve Brevard County, Florida residents and demonstrate how the awarded grant funds will expand or enhance the County's goal of providing affordable housing. The application period closes on July 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The estimated period of performance for funded projects is two years, beginning upon the effective date of the recipient agreement.
