Description
The Corporation of the District of North Cowichan is requesting proposals for municipal audit services for North Cowichan and the Joint Utility Board. The selected contractor will serve as municipal auditor in accordance with Section 169 of the Community Charter, with the first audit covering the 2026 fiscal year. The anticipated term is five years, with two optional one-year extensions by mutual agreement. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the District's Bonfire online portal; submissions by other methods will not be accepted.
