Description
The City of San Diego is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Respondents to establish a qualified pool of providers for bank credit and loan facility services to meet the City's financing needs. The pool will be active for a period of five years, beginning June 1, 2021 through May 31, 2026, with up to two optional one-year extensions at the sole discretion of the City. Respondents who are currently in the existing pool must reapply to this RFSQ to be included in the new pool. The City will use the pool to periodically solicit for specific project needs via a Request for Proposal (RFP). Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee any future work. Respondents must submit their qualifications electronically via PlanetBids, and must also email a copy to the City contact. The scope of services includes providing credit and loan facility products, participating in meetings, providing updates on bank disclosure, and ongoing communication with City staff.
