Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory is seeking a firm fixed-price quote for 40 Controller 937B units, part number 937B-US-HCCTCT-NA, manufactured by MKS Instruments or a domestic equivalent. The award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror under the brand-name-or-equal provision FAR 52.211-6. Responses must include a firm fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed Abbreviated Representations and Certifications form (BSD-CS-2260, dated March 9, 2026), and a section addressing any exceptions or stating that no exceptions are taken to the solicitation terms and conditions. The anticipated subcontract period of performance is to be determined.
