Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to purchase approved civilian and industry credentialing exams, course materials, exam preparation materials, and exam preparation courses or boot camps through credentialing agencies and vendors for the Air Force Credentialing Opportunities On-Line program. Purchases will support approved enlisted Regular Air Force, Space Force, Reserve, and Air National Guard personnel on active duty. The requirement is a competitive, 100% small-business set-aside under NAICS 611710, Educational Support Services. The contemplated contract will use firm-fixed-price and firm-fixed-price not-to-exceed contract line items. Award will use a Performance Price Tradeoff best-value process, with combined past-performance information significantly more important than price. Offerors must submit four volumes: Summary and Miscellaneous Data, Written Technical Proposal, Past Performance Information, and Price Proposal. The Government intends to award without discussions, although it reserves the right to negotiate.
