Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking a contractor to perform high-pressure water jetting of landfill leachate collection piping at the Anoka Ramsey Closed Landfill. The project must be substantially complete no later than November 1, 2026. This is a request for bid. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; fax, email, and non-electronic responses will not be accepted. Contractors must review the Request for Bid attachments, including the sample contract and exhibits, include applicable sales and use tax in their offered price, and avoid submitting proprietary or trade secret data. Proposed product equivalents require approval; approved equivalents will be listed in an addendum.
