Description
The Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School District is requesting qualifications from a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the potential renovation, addition, and/or new construction of Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School. The initial scope covers the feasibility study and schematic design phases, with potential continuation through design development, construction documents, bidding and award, construction, and final closeout, subject to project approval and funding. The potential project would address overcrowding, aging building systems, accessibility, safety and security, sustainability, operational efficiency, and vocational and academic program needs for an enrollment scenario of approximately 1,300 to 1,645 students. The estimated total project cost is $150 million to $500 million. Respondents must demonstrate relevant public-school construction experience, provide key personnel and organizational information, past-performance and reference information, capacity and workload details, financial statements, and required certifications. The response is limited to 20 single-sided numbered pages, including the required application form but excluding specified attachments, with up to three additional double-sided pages for supplemental graphics or photographs.
