Description
Vineyard City is soliciting proposals for a design-build contract covering both preparation of construction documents and construction of a 16,000-square-foot public, nonsupervised all-wheels concrete skate park. The project must use permanent, durable cast-in-place concrete and comply with current skatepark safety standards, including appropriate flow, traffic patterns, accommodation of different skill levels, and proper drainage. The solicitation is limited to the skate park portion shown in the conceptual design materials; it excludes the parking lot, asphalt pump track, and other site elements not included in the RFP. The submission requires responses to the portal's mandatory vendor certifications and uploads identified in Section 4 of the RFP, including the required proposal components and any applicable confidentiality, redacted-proposal, or exceptions documents.
