Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price commercial-products quote for a radio and radio-over-IP package supporting the 95th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base. The requirement includes one Motorola WAVE PTX Tactical product, one L3Harris PRC167, and one lot of additional radio components and accessories. Motorola WAVE PTX Tactical and L3Harris PRC167 are brand-name requirements; other elements may be offered on an equal-specification basis. The offer must include completed pricing using the solicitation's contract line item structure and a plan, limited to 10 pages, describing how the offeror will meet the statement-of-need requirements and identifying all necessary parts and equipment. Because of the brand-name requirements, the technical quote must state that the offeror is authorized to resell Motorola and L3Harris products. Delivery is requested by November 30, 2026, to the designated receiving location at Offutt Air Force Base.
