Description
Troup-Harris Regional Library is requesting proposals for symmetrical Internet access delivered over leased lit fiber to three library locations. Vendors must quote 1, 2, 5, and 10 Gbps service options, including five static IP addresses, estimated taxes and surcharges, and all equipment, connections, routers, and other components needed to provide service. The provider will be responsible for installation and initial configuration, ongoing service, maintenance, support, monitoring, proactive monitoring, and on-site repairs during operating hours. Direct Network Operations Center access, troubleshooting within four hours of a reported problem, and refunds for service outages are required. Full implementation must occur by July 1, 2027, and the contract term is three years.
