Description
Phase 1 of the Thomas Park and Surrounding Streets project includes improvements at Mabel Clare Thomas Park and stormwater improvements at Kyle Avenue. The work includes mass grading, demolition, stormwater pollution prevention, tree protection, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, site utilities and infrastructure upgrades, concrete paving and sidewalks, foundations and retaining walls, lighting and power, a pedestrian bridge, playground and athletic equipment, athletic court resurfacing, drainage grates, signage, and park furnishings and amenities. The project also includes construction of a new pavilion and restroom building, including foundations, structural steel, masonry, waterproofing, metal roofing, doors, finishes, toilet accessories, louvers, plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems. Phase 2, which is outside this solicitation, will address additional surrounding streets.
