Description
Mississinewa Community School Corporation is requesting proposals for symmetrical Internet access at approximately 3 Gbps, scalable to approximately 5 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to the head-end at Mississinewa High School. The service must include a fiber handoff, approximately 64 public IPv4 addresses, any provider-owned onsite equipment needed for service delivery, and laddered pricing in approximately 1 Gbps increments. Optional IPv6 pricing, resiliency, basic firewall service, and DDoS protection may also be proposed. Respondents must provide complete recurring and nonrecurring pricing, distinguish eligible and ineligible services, describe any construction or installation, and submit a proposed SLA covering availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 trouble reporting, repair commitments, service reporting, and chronic-trouble remedies. The minimum stated commitment is two-hour diagnosis and four-hour temporary or permanent repair. Proposals must also include three similar-service reference sites, the provider's E-Rate SPIN number, and a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The requested term is three years with up to two optional one-year extensions.
