Description
The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is requesting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk to provide pre-construction and construction services for renovations to the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall and back-of-house areas. The scope also references engineering services and warehouse work. This is a qualifications-based request rather than a bid solicitation. Responses must be submitted in accordance with RFQ No. 101044 by the stated deadline. Solicitation documents are available from Miller & Ham Project Development or the buyer's website.
