Description
The Owner seeks a contractor for Contract No. 3, Water Distribution System Improvements at Lemoine's Trailer Park, under the Water Sector Program, Phase 2. The base bid includes new water mains, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, connections, abandonment of existing water mains and service lines, water meters and appurtenances, service lines, service-line reconnections, and associated appurtenances. Bidders must hold the applicable Louisiana Municipal and Public Works Construction license and include the license number on the bid and sealed envelope. A bid security of at least 5% of the total bid price is required, using the specified form; the bidding documents also identify payment and performance bonds. Bids may be submitted either sealed in person/by delivery or electronically through Central Bidding. The project is a re-advertisement.
