Description
The State of Louisiana is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the New College of Business at Southern University in Baton Rouge. Bidders must hold a Louisiana Building Construction license and provide bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. Complete bidding documents are available electronically through Centerline BidConnect. The project is subject to funding availability, and the state reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Southern University's Physical Plant, and bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline.
