The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries District 1 Office, is seeking an all-or-none contractor for monthly pest control services for two buildings. The first-year service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and the quoted price is to be provided per month. The scope includes pest control services such as termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, and fumigation. Additional services may be requested as needed, including treatment for German roaches, ants, wasp nests, and other stinging insects, as well as monthly spider and wasp nest sweeping around the exterior building walls. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000.
