Description
The Montana Army National Guard is seeking commercial off-the-shelf ultrasonic weapon-cleaning systems under a 100% small-business set-aside. The requirement includes two large-capacity systems for field-stripped M2A1 .50-caliber weapons and four tabletop systems for field-stripped M4 5.56mm weapons and smaller. Systems must be stainless steel, corrosion resistant, suitable for heavy use, and include integrated timers, automatic tuning, and automatic shutoff safety features. The large-capacity systems must provide separate cleaning and lubrication tanks, racks, baskets, compatible non-hazardous cleaning and lubricating solutions, and sufficient capacity for the specified weapons. All items must come from the same manufacturer, be new products, and include full-system manufacturer warranties. The contractor must provide fully operational equipment, tooling, chemicals, lubricants, manuals, training, shipping, and warranty support. Quotes must include itemized pricing, product images, descriptions and specification sheets, warranty information, point-of-contact information, UEI and CAGE code, manufacturing location, delivery time, business size and socioeconomic status, and individual pricing. Products must be manufactured in the United States or a qualifying country. The solicitation is an open-market RFQ; quoted items do not need to be on a GSA contract. Remote training and manuals satisfy the training requirement, and no required delivery timeframe is specified.
