Description
The City is seeking a vendor to supply asphalt and asphalt products on an as-needed basis for its Street Maintenance Division's roadway repair work. Requested products include SS-1 oil, several specified PG 64-10 asphalt mixes, and cold mix. The City will pick up the products at the vendor's business location, and bidders must provide unit pricing for all listed items. The contract term is two years from execution, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $120,000. Vendors must meet applicable material specifications and maintain the capacity and quality controls needed to fulfill scheduled and emergency requirements. The successful vendor must provide certificates of compliance with each load and accurate weight tickets for tonnage-based purchases.
