Description
Rockingham County seeks qualified contractors to provide asphalt repair and maintenance services throughout the County. The scope includes pothole repair, crack sealing, patching, pavement restoration, resurfacing, overlay, milling, replacement, and other asphalt-related repairs as needed for roads, parking areas, access roads, trails, utility infrastructure, facilities, and other County-owned or managed paved areas. The County may award contracts to multiple vendors to provide services as needed, including for utility repairs, emergency response, facility maintenance, capital projects, and public safety and recreation operations. Proposals must include a service methodology and plan, company qualifications and experience, resumes and certifications for proposed staff, references, and a detailed pricing schedule with a desired payment schedule. The contract term is three years, with two additional one-year renewals possible by mutual agreement.
