Description
The Department of the Navy is soliciting one ACTUATOR, HYDRAULIC, reference number 3792-41605 and NSN 4810-01-544-3369, under a contract or purchase order covering manufacture, quality requirements, inspection, packaging, marking, and delivery. The actuator must comply with applicable design and technical requirements, including MIL-STD-130 marking, MIL-STD 2073 packaging, and mercury-free material requirements for submarine and surface-ship use. The solicitation includes a one-year warranty from delivery and an option for increased quantity exercisable within 365 days of award. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered. A non-OEM offeror must identify the OEM by company name and CAGE code and submit a signed authorization letter from the OEM on the OEM's letterhead. The solicitation also requires the offeror to provide the name, street address, and CAGE code of any facility different from the offeror's address that will package the requirement.
