Description
Maud Independent School District is requesting Category One proposals for dedicated symmetric internet access and data transmission services with current bandwidth of 1 Gbps and an upgrade option to 2 Gbps. The service must support bandwidth increases during the contract term and provide at least six IP addresses, with the ability to add more as needed. Proposals may include a leased router if required, installation and initial configuration, special construction, and all applicable taxes, surcharges, and other charges. The district is also soliciting related Category One network equipment and basic maintenance and technical support. Proposals must describe service quality, availability, response times, resolution procedures, maintenance scope, warranties, pricing options, and contract terms. Providers must supply a USAC Service Provider Identification Number, disclose subcontractors where applicable, provide a complete contract or legally binding agreement, and include at least three references for similar work within the state. The district may consider one-year, one-year-with-extension-options, and multi-year pricing options, and may award by product, project, or the entire bid.
