Description
The City of Smithville is accepting sealed bids for the sale of an abandoned Cessna 150L aircraft, serial number 15073052. The aircraft will be sold as-is, where-is, with all faults and without warranties regarding mechanical condition, airworthiness, or title status. The starting bid is $4,000, and the aircraft may be inspected at Smithville Crawford Municipal Airport during weekday business hours. The successful bidder must pay in full by cash, cashier’s check, or money order within 48 hours of bid opening and remove the aircraft from City property at the buyer’s expense within 21 business days after payment. An official bid form is available from the Airport Manager.
