Description
The Orange County Fire Authority is purchasing new, unused circular saws and accessories, including STIHL TS 710 cut-off machines, 14-inch cutting wheels, shaft sleeves, metal wheels, ultra mix oil, chain saw scrench packs, multi-rib belts, air filters, spark plugs, and pickup body/fuel filters. Estimated quantities are listed for bidding purposes, but actual purchase quantities may vary based on operational needs and available funding. Equivalent products may be proposed with documentation substantiating that they meet or exceed the specifications; alternate products may require additional information or samples before award. The successful supplier must provide manufacturer names and item numbers, delivery lead time, warranty information, product availability, and anticipated supply-chain issues. All items must be delivered to the OCFA US&R Warehouse, and the supplier is responsible for shipping, packaging, handling, delivery charges, and replacement of damaged or nonconforming items. The bid requires completion of the Questionnaire, W-9, and applicable Party and Participant Disclosure Forms, with manufacturer and item information entered in the electronic line-item response.
