Sante Quebec Capitale-Nationale–Universitaire is soliciting on-demand moving services for two lots: the Quebec sector and the Portneuf sector. The contractor must safely and efficiently move furniture, equipment, and other supplies within or between facilities, including protecting premises and access routes, disassembling and reassembling items, packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and placing items. Moves will be scheduled as needed with the organization’s representative and may occur during regular weekday hours, evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays. Bidders must provide firm hourly rates for movers and foremen by shift, as well as mileage rates for each vehicle type. Each lot will be awarded separately to the lowest compliant bidder, with a three-year firm service arrangement and two renewal options of the same duration stated in the solicitation.
