Description
The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to complete the hydrogen sensing system at the Sunset Maintenance Facility. The work includes separating the existing interconnected CNG and hydrogen sensor systems into two standalone systems, providing and installing the remaining hydrogen sensors, panels, and related equipment, and establishing an independent CNG gas detection system with separate panels and equipment. Bidders must be qualified under NRS 338.1379 or 338.1382. The solicitation is a formal invitation to bid for a lump-sum public-works project. Bid-time submissions include the electronic bid proposal, bid bond, business license, Nevada contractor licensing information, 5% subcontractor listing, disclosure and conflict-of-interest forms, and a completed schedule of values. Additional low-bidder submissions and post-award bonds and insurance are identified separately.
