Description
Broome County and the Broome-Tioga Workforce Development Board are soliciting proposals for a One Stop Operator to coordinate the service delivery of required Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act partners and service providers. The operator will convene mandated partners four times per year to address system coordination, customer engagement, system performance, and continuous improvement, and may be responsible for related partner, common-measures, and customer-service performance reporting. The initial performance period is October 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with up to three optional one-year renewals based on performance and funding availability. Estimated funding is up to $6,000 for the initial nine-month period and up to $8,000 for each renewal, for a maximum contract value of $30,000. Proposals must include a narrative, budget materials, required certifications and purchasing forms, key personnel qualifications and resumes, a work plan, and evidence of required insurance.
