Description
The Kansas Department of Labor seeks weekday evening janitorial services for a 10,647-square-foot office. Work is required Monday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. and includes daily cleaning of hard floors, carpets, restrooms, break rooms, entrances, and general interior areas, plus scheduled carpet cleaning, floor refinishing, and periodic dusting and other maintenance. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, commercial-grade equipment, cleaning materials, trash liners, and restroom consumables. The contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2032. A working supervisor must be on site during work hours, and assigned personnel must be contractor employees, at least 18 years old, and subject to Kansas criminal-history checks. The solicitation requires a mandatory in-person pre-bid conference and specifies proposal content including technical and cost proposals, references, a tax clearance certificate, and required certifications and forms.
