Description
Johnson County Wastewater is seeking statements of qualifications from progressive design-build teams for preconstruction and design services to replace and improve the Brush Creek Pump Station. The selected team will support project planning, design development, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, permitting, risk management, and development of a construction price. Construction services are optional and may proceed if the County approves the negotiated price and elects to continue with the selected team; otherwise, the County may use another delivery approach.
