Description

Countryside Academy is soliciting proposals for a modern on-premises IP-PBX phone system. The initial deployment must support 105 active endpoints: 85 standard IP desk phones, 17 executive/receptionist phones, three conference room units, and 105 softphone or mobile-client licenses. The system must be scalable to more than 200 endpoints without replacing the core server hardware and must support SIP trunking with PSTN failover or gateway integration. The scope includes the IP-PBX appliance or virtualized platform, handset and conference-phone hardware, call routing, IVR, voicemail-to-email, desktop and mobile softphones, Active Directory/LDAP and CRM integration, web-based administration, call-detail reporting, implementation, network-readiness and QoS guidance, on-site installation and cutover, training, and user orientation. The selected vendor must provide a minimum one-year SLA warranty covering hardware replacement, firmware updates, and 24/7 emergency support. Proposals must include company qualifications and similar 100-plus-user references, a detailed proposed solution and bill of materials, a technical compliance matrix, implementation plan, and itemized pricing schedule.
