Description
The contractor will upgrade and repair the existing lightning protection system on the main hospital building. Work includes installing surge protective devices at the main service panel; bonding electrical, communications, piping, and structural systems; repairing detached roof air terminals; and installing and connecting new air terminals at screen walls and HVAC equipment. The work must comply with NFPA 780 and applicable UL standards, and the completed system must be inspected and certified, including issuance of a UL master label.
