Description
The Chicago Transit Authority is seeking proposals for the manufacture and delivery of a base order of thirty clean battery-electric transit buses, along with associated spare parts. The solicitation includes six options to purchase up to 220 additional buses. No proposal guarantee is required. Any resulting contract will involve financial assistance from the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation. The contractor must provide certified copies of required insurance policies before contract execution and comply with applicable Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements.
