Description
The 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base is conducting a Sources Sought/Request for Information to identify qualified small-business providers for a 12-month preventive maintenance agreement covering one Polar Plunge cold tub with salt-cell sanitation system and one Amerec SC60 sauna. The cold tub would receive weekly service, totaling 52 annual visits, including cleaning, operational inspections, performance diagnostics, filter replacement, pipe flushing, and chemical and salt balancing. The sauna would receive biweekly service, totaling 26 annual visits, including cleaning, heater and control inspections, safety and performance verification, and monitoring of structural and operational condition. Corrective repairs, replacement parts, equipment modifications, major external electrical work, specialized wood restoration, and other unscheduled work are excluded from the baseline scope and would be quoted separately. Respondents must provide company and business information, relevant experience and certifications, technical and scheduling approaches, consumables-pricing practices, emergency-response procedures, and rough-order-of-magnitude pricing for each equipment item and labor rates. Responses must be in PDF format and no more than 10 pages.
