The City of Ozark, Missouri, is soliciting sealed bids for a combined award covering the Jackson Street Sidewalk Connector (CRP-9901(875)) and Finley River Trail West Extension—Phase 1 (CRP-9901(878)). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder based on the combined bid. The work is expected to begin after notice to proceed in January 2027. The Jackson Street Connector includes a five- or six-foot-wide ADA-compliant concrete sidewalk and ramps, earthwork, a paved approach, curb wall, traffic control, erosion control, and incidental work. The Finley River Trail project includes a 10-foot-wide ADA-compliant concrete multiuse trail, precast box culverts, reinforced-concrete-pipe culverts, pedestrian bridge construction, earthwork, erosion control, and incidental work. A five-percent bid security is required. Bidders must be on the Missouri Department of Transportation Qualified Contractor List and have a responsive contractor questionnaire on file with the Missouri Highway and Transportation Commission at least seven days before bid opening. Second-tier subcontracting is prohibited. The DBE contract goal is 0%, and DBE firms must be certified by the Missouri Department of Transportation to receive credit toward that goal.
