Description
The New Jersey Department of Human Services is seeking one contractor to supply FDA-approved 4 mg naloxone nasal spray for its Naloxone Direct Program. Each carton must contain two doses, each case must contain exactly 12 two-dose cartons, and the product must have at least a 24-month expiration date when shipped. The contractor must provide educational materials in English and Spanish, including quick-reference cards, FDA-approved drug pamphlets, warnings, and step-by-step administration instructions. The contractor must develop or provide a process or application for receiving daily orders, ship orders directly to registered eligible entities throughout New Jersey, process orders within 24 hours, and deliver them within two business days after shipment. Requirements include tracking information, signature confirmation, handling unsuccessful deliveries, emergency next-day shipments, non-partial shipments, packaging, replacement of damaged or unsatisfactory product, and monthly invoicing. The contract has a three-year base term, with possible extensions of up to three additional years.
