Description
The City of Taylorville is soliciting sealed proposals for Phase 2 of a water service inventory project. The work generally consists of hydro-vacuum excavation to expose water service lines on both the city and customer sides of the meter or curb valve, within earth or gravel locations, for material verification. The number of potholes may vary based on the preliminary address list and map included in the appendix. Proposals must be submitted on the proposal forms furnished by the owner's project engineer and signed by the bidder. The selected contractor must comply with applicable prevailing-wage requirements. The owner may waive informalities, reject any or all proposals, and select the lowest responsive and responsible proposal based on the base bid.
