Description
The City of Daytona Beach is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to support the identification, attraction, and recruitment of amusement park, theme attraction, entertainment, hospitality, and tourism developers and operators for a site at 29 South Ocean Avenue and the Boardwalk Area. The scope includes market and site analysis, competitive destination and industry-trend research, operator outreach, recruitment strategy, and liaison services. The selected consultant will also organize and manage an engagement or showcase event, including event logistics, vendors, staging, decor, temporary facilities, utilities, food-court setup, permits, licenses, insurance, scheduling, and operations. Additional deliverables include a marketing package, site opportunity brochure, investment prospectus, presentation materials, monthly progress reports, outreach summaries, a detailed recruitment report, and final recommendations. Proposals must address the firm's experience, assigned personnel, project approach, references and past performance, and fee structure, and must include the required online questionnaire responses and uploads.
